We mourn the passing of our friend and Librarian/Archivist George Pitchard, who took the highball to the great beyond shortly after ExTRAINaganza.
George was a life-long railway enthusiast and a true encyclopedia of arcane narrow-gauge lore, which he studied in depth throughout much of his life.
A talented modeler, George was largely responsible for creating our O Gauge layout which brought forth many smiles from young and old alike. We will miss his many skills and dry wit, but every time a wheel turns on the O Gauge, he will be there in our hearts… Rest in Peace, old friend.

We typically operate our HO layout from about 9 until noon on the first Saturday of each month and on the Saturday following the third Thursday of the month.
